We work on a comission basis, so there is never any out-of-pocket cost to the client.
We will go into a house and transform it into a store. We bring in tables, shelves and racks. We sort through everything, and price all items according to the most relevant market.
We advertise the sale, making sure that antique dealers, specialty dealers, collectors and the public know about it. We hold the sale. When it's over, we take care of what is left, selling it elsewhere or donating it to charity. The house is left in broom-clean condition.
